I’m a Texas girl at heart, raised on grit, faith, and the belief that if you’re going to do something, you do it all the way. I carried that mindset with me to Texas A&M University, where I learned the discipline and leadership that would later shape how I build businesses, and how I live my life.
Because flowers are never just flowers.
They’re weddings dreamed about since childhood. They’re risks taken by first-time entrepreneurs. They’re moments of healing, celebration, reinvention.
As a female founder, I’ve learned that resilience is a muscle. That leadership requires both strength and softness. That building something lasting means thinking in systems, not just seasons. And that the most powerful growth happens when you believe you’re capable before you feel ready.
The Flower CEO is where I share that journey, the lessons from building in a male-dominated industry, the mindset shifts that changed everything, the belief that creativity is not a hobby but a way of living.
I believe women don’t need permission to build boldly.
I believe confidence is cultivated, not gifted.
And I believe when we choose to bloom on purpose, we change more than our own lives, we create space for others to rise too.
This is my story. And it’s still unfolding.
